It was my great joy to participate in the 10,000 for World Peace Assembly near Hyderabad, in India, the land of the Veda from 29th December 2023 till 13th January 2024.
This was indeed a wonderful experience to meet with practitioners from 139 countries with the goal to reduce the stress in the world conciousness through their collective meditations. It just felt like a great family gathering.

Our wonderful host was the Kanha Shanti Vanam, the Heartfulness Meditation Center.
The Assembly was be held in the presence of Tony Nader MD, PhD, MARR and other leaders of the Global Country of World Peace, together with a large group of Maharishi Vedic Pandits who performed both Yogic Flying and MahaYagyas daily for world peace. Several distinct leaders of other spiritual organizations visited the event and promised to support the creation of permanent groups of 10.000 advanced TM Meditators.

One day, while I was going to the reception of the Kanha Shanti Vanam to pick up a parcel I was asked if I could please give a short interview about my experiences of being a course participant. I was surprised that now the whole interview was published on their youtube channel without hardly any editing. I was thinking they would take only 5 maybe 10 minutes, but now I was pleasantly surprised that they took the whole interview. You may like to enjoy the interview.

Neale Donald Walsch believes peace through technologies of consciousness is possible.

Neale Donald Walsch believes peace through technologies of consciousness is possible – in Pantheism TV’s current conversation with Lothar Pirc. Neale Donald Walsch is one of the most famous international authors of spiritual books. His book „Conversations with God“ was published in 34 languages and has sold over 10 million copies worldwide. In conversation with Lothar Pirc, managing director of the German Maharishi Ayurveda Health Centre in Bad Ems and the author of The Blessing of Maharishi, Walsch considered it realistic that Transcendental Meditation and Vedic technologies of consciousness can bring world peace within a very short time.

During the talk, Pirc first explained his commitment to the spread of Ayurveda and to peace efforts in the world, briefly presented his book, and then asked Walsch what he thought of the Transcendental Meditation technique, Ayurveda, and Vedic peace technologies. The best-selling author then expressed with great appreciation that all of this should be taken very seriously, that it is a reliable technique that can be learned and practiced by anyone on earth regardless of culture, religion, or background, and that world peace could be created with this technology in this generation and in a short time. Neale expressed at the end of the talk visibly moved, “Folks, we have a chance here, we have a real chance, listen to every word that’s been spoken here.”

The video is an excerpt from the interview of Pantheism TV on the topic: Hope for a better world. Moderator: Torge Meyer, Chairman Association League of Pantheists. Invited were Neale Donald Walsch (author of the world bestseller Conversations with God), Anke von Eckstaedt (report of her near-death experience), Hardy Nabutsi (spiritual experiences) and Lothar Pirc (Maharishi Ayurveda Private Health Centre Bad Ems, author The Blessing of Maharishi).

Visiting one of the three Pandit Schools in Pokhara, Nepal

Indien

On the trail of TM and Ayurveda in India and Nepal

As one of the leading German representatives for Ayurveda, Lothar Pirc, founder of the Maharishi Ayurveda Clinic Bad Ems, has visited several emerging Ayurveda clinics in India and Nepal. Such traditional treatment centers are being developed in the future entertainment park Vedaland (near Pune, India) and in Pokhara, Nepal. The Ayurveda expert also visited several Pandit Schools there. At Dr. Patil University in Pune, where he was appointed professor, he and his colleagues have trained the first 100 students in the practice of Transcendental Meditation.

The tour started in Kathmandu, where Lothar Pirc participated as moderator and keynote speaker at the seventh International Ayurveda Congress (we reported briefly). A total of 350 delegates from 14 countries attended the congress, and the three-day event was broadcast live on 45 Internet channels. Afterwards, he and his colleague Brahmachari Dr. Girish Momaya flew to Pokhara, where the German Foundation for the Promotion of Vedic Heritage supports three Pandit Schools, to meet and talk with students and school principals. They also visited the site where construction of the new clinic in Pokhara has begun, together with the two directors of Maharishi Ayurveda, Dr. Rainer Picha and Dr. Walter Mölk.

Together with Dr. Girish Momaya and two Indian TM teachers, Mr. Pirc then traveled to the DPU College of Ayurveda & Research Centre in Pimpri, Pune, to teach TM to the first 100 students. The students were very enthusiastic about the video lectures by the founder of Transcendental Meditation, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Mr. Pirc had already visited the institution in December to instruct all twelve faculty leaders in the meditation practice. He has been appointed Professor of Practice there and starting from May, he will regularly lecture on Vedic Management to MBA students. The faculty currently has 10,000 students from around the world, including 3,000 from Africa.

How is it possible to profoundly improve health in just two weeks of Panchakarma treatment?

The Maharishi Ayurveda Private Clinic Bad Ems has been the leading clinic for authentic and professional Ayurveda in Europe for 30 years now. In an interview with Golden Age, founder and owner Lothar Pirc talks about the treasures of Maharishi Ayurveda as an integral health system:

How is it possible to profoundly improve health in just two weeks of Panchakarma treatment? How can metabolic residues and environmental toxins be eliminated from the body and how can a completely new body feeling and a clear mind be ensured? What influence does Transcendental Meditation have on one’s own well-being and the development of consciousness? What is the scientific background and the state of research? And how can Ayurveda make you feel younger and more vital immediately?

The current video gets to the bottom of all these questions and at the same time gives you a wonderful insight into the Maharishi Ayurveda Health Centre in Bad Ems in the west of Germany.
Let yourself be inspired!

Invitation from the European Yoga Federation (EYF) and the Embassy of India in Zagreb, Croatia

I am grateful for the invitation from the European Yoga Federation (EYF) and the Embassy of India in Zagreb, Croatia for this webinar on creating peace. Along with Dr. Girish Momaya and Dr. Jose Luis Alvarez, you can watch my presentation on practicing Transcendental Meditation (TM) and Yagyas to achieve world peace starting at minute 49. I show important findings and studies that prove that with higher states of consciousness through Transcendental Meditation, among other things, crime rates decrease significantly and conflicts are reduced. As always, I am happy if this post is shared to make more people aware of the issue.

Lothar Pirc on Indian state television!

On Indian state television!

My personal video message to Prime Minister Modi, was broadcast during the G7 Summit at Schloss Elmau 2022, on July 7, prime time in India.

We recorded the live broadcast. You can watch this recording here. If you would like more information about my video message and how it has come to this, feel free to scroll down this page for the detailed post.

Lothar Pirc with a video message to the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Appeal in a video message to the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at G7: Meditation and Yoga for Peace.

An Indian journalist in the entourage of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the German G7 summit actually wanted to talk to me about the development of Ayurveda in Germany. Unfortunately, the journalist could not make his journey from Schloss Elmau to Bad Ems during the conference. The 20-minute interview then took place online. When I talked about collective consciousness at the end of the interview, the idea of a video message for Prime Minister Narendra Modi emerged.

In this message, I express my gratitude to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who had also rediscovered Ayurveda in the course of spreading Transcendental Meditation, but also India as the land of Veda in general.

But I go one step further and explain that it is about more than just good health for the individual, but about collective health (collective health) for society.

When yoga and yagya are practiced from the level of transcendental consciousness, the resolution of conflicts and even world peace can be achieved. The key is harmonizing influences for the collective consciousness through Maharishi’s technologies of consciousness from the Vedic tradition of India: Transcendental Meditation as well, ideally practiced in large groups. This is also a way to solve the war in Ukraine and other conflicts around the world.

Maharishi European Research University (Netherlands) had provided a set of documents for Prime Minister Modi on this, with scientific studies on these group effects. My request to Mr. Modi: „Please look at the material and be assured of my utmost appreciation.“

Exclusive 4-part interview series for Transcendental Meditation

In an exclusive 4-part interview series for Transcendental Meditation, I talk with Désirée Müller of the agency Press’n’Relations in Ulm about Ayurveda and Transcendental Meditation.

In the first part „Founded in the Self with Ayurveda and TM“ I show why Ayurveda was no longer available in its completeness in India and its popularity only increased significantly again when Maharishi Mahesh Yogi revived the ancient health system with all its facets, and on his initiatives spread it in the West and initiated new scientific studies. I also explain the pulse diagnosis, which can be used to recognize the development of diseases already in their initial stages.

Where does the origin of the Indian health system Ayurveda lie, and how can it be that such a millennia-old teaching contributes decisively to recovery in so many modern diseases? I answer these and other questions in the second part of my exciting interview with TM Germany.
In addition, I talk about my wish that Ayurveda and modern conventional medicine meet on an equal level and are recognized equally as a healing method.

In the third part of the interview with TM Germany, I share in a very personal way how I came to know Transcendental Meditation and what meaning the technique has had for my life. I also describe my experiences with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and the influence Maharishi’s teachings can still have on the current situation in the world.

At the end of my four-part interview series with TM Germany, I explain the establishment of peacemaking meditation groups as an offer to politicians to resolve conflicts. To this end, I point to studies, such as the 1993 large-scale social experiment in Washington, D.C., in which crime was shown to decrease.
Looking at the decision makers, I ask, „What do we have to lose?“ Such a group would cost only a fraction of what must be paid for military weapons.

17,000 conference participants from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan
Lothar Pirc speaks about Maharishi Ayurveda

On February 20, Lothar Pirc, board member of the International Maharishi Ayurveda Foundation (IMAVF) and CEO of the Maharishi Ayurveda Health Centre Bad Ems, Germany, introduced Maharishi AyurVeda at the virtual conference LIFTA.SPACE NO LIMITS: transform ACTION 2021.

Over 17,000 participants from Russian-speaking countries, including Ukraine, Russia, and Kazakhstan, watched his presentation on how Maharishi Ayurveda can contribute to healthy living.

“I was impressed and delighted by the audience’s response” explained Mr Pirc. ”It was rewarding to share the knowledge of Maharishi Ayurveda and how it can prevent the development of many common diseases.

Mr Pirc’s presentation (available on video here) outlined the Ayurvedic understanding of how diseases result from imbalances that arise from the mind, body, wrong behaviour, and the environment. Those imbalances influence the Doshas, the Ayurvedic term for metabolic principles that govern our physiology. When the Doshas get out of balance, diseases develop in six stages. Unfortunately, despite significant advances, modern medicine generally can detect a disease usually only when it manifests at stage #4 or #5.

Stages of Desease

Maharishi Ayurveda offers a systematic way to recognize the earlier, subtler stages of a disease before the disease manifests by using Nadi Vigyan – Pulse Diagnosis.
By feeling the pulse, a fully trained and experienced Maharishi Ayurveda health practitioner can detect, in many cases, a disease before it arises. Treating imbalances before they manifest is much easier than treating the manifested disease.

Ama – the accumulation of toxins and metabolic waste – creates blocks in the channels of communication, the Shrotas.

Mr Pirc concluded his presentation by outlining how various Ayurveda routines, guidelines and treatments can reduce the levels of Ama in our physiology.

Brahmasthan of India

A life-transforming week at the Brahmasthan of India – November 2017

“I’ve had the desire to visit the Brahmasthan, or the geographical centre, of India for a long time. In Vedic culture, the centre of a country is regarded as playing a pivotal role: what happens there has a direct influence on the consciousness of the inhabitants of the country. Therefore, at the end of the nineties, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi started building a spiritual centre at this location.

Maharishi has called this place the holiest of all holy places in India because it is where the world’s largest group of pandits generates peace from the level of pure consciousness. For many hours each day, 2,500 men collectively practice the advanced techniques of Transcendental Meditation, as well as perform Ati Rudrabhishek, the powerful Vedic technology for creating peace. In this modern age, more than forty large-scale scientific studies, all published in respected journals, confirm the positive effects of these ancient, time-tested techniques of consciousness.“ … more
