International Speaking Activities
Lothar Pirc is not only the director of the Maharishi Ayurveda Private Clinic Bad Ems, but for the last 35 years he has been committed to the expansion of Maharishi Ayurveda worldwide. He has met with high-ranking politicians and health ministers in many countries. And most of all he has presented the holistic healthcare system of Ayurveda to large audiences at numerous medical conferences and universities.

Conference – Mainstreaming Ayurveda in the Netherlands and Europe
On 28 February 2020, the Indian Embassy in The Hague welcomed 80–100 health organizations and experts from various Ayurveda schools and centers in the Netherlands and Europe. The purpose of the one-day conference was to exchange thoughts on how to make Ayurveda more mainstream, for the benefit of individual patients as well as entire countries. … more

Presentations at the First Biohacking Festival – Kiev, Ukraine, September 2019
On September 26, 2019 The First Bio Hacking Festival took place in Kiev, Ukraine.
The initiative started about 10 years ago with the intend to learn from Nature how to unfold our full potential and live a healthy life.
The David Lynch Foundation partnered with this conference and Dr Kingsley Brooks, Jim Bagnola and Lothar Pirc gave presentations to an audience of about 100 influential opinion leaders. As a result many people learned the Transcendental Meditation technique.

Public lecture at the Fifth International Meeting on Traditional & Alternative Medicine in Rome – Italy, April 2019
The main goal of the event was to meet existing challenges for creating a safe, sustainable, and affordable medical health system by consolidating the underlying research platforms for alternative medicine.

Numerous scientists, physicians, and experts in the fields of Ayurveda, yoga and meditation met in Graz for a three-day symposium on the theme of “Aging in Good Health”. Organized by the Department of Physiology at the Otto Loewi Research Center of the Graz Medical University, the symposium provided a fertile ground for discussions about many possibilities to promote evidence-based research, especially focusing on active and healthy aging.
